KINUGOSHI (Silken Tofu) and Soft types can be produced
by this single machine. In case of U-turn type, a forming
box returns to original position, resulting in elimination
of time-consuming works. Operation can be made in linkage
with other machine (coagulant machine) or independently
in a manual mode. No motor is used but air cylinders as
power source. Three types are among available in a low
pressure system or medium or high.
