This machine can produce 12 YUBA Sheets –size 300×400mm –at one time operation.

[Feature of YUBA TANK]

・This tank warm up Soy milk by steam to make YUBA heated up effectively. Steam is safer than using fire.
・Temperature can be adjusted automatically and product management is easy.
・The washing procedure is clear and easy to keep stable temperature control, thus this tank may comply with HACCP.

[HOW TO MAKE YUBA]

Pour the Soymilk into this tank then warm up→ a tofu skin made of linked proteins begins to
form on its surface→Insert a long chopstick underneath to lift up it (or any stick for YUBA) then YUBA is completed.
