To prevent the variability of production quality by each operator, Marubun has been adopting the automated production line as much as they can. They had already used our NC Forming box and start using our two forming box washing machines.
This forming box washing machine has stopped the bacteria sticking during Tofu producing. The machine does alkali cleaning every time and it maintains sanitary quality of production.
It effectively extends the productions expiration date.
When they have finished their Tofu production, also other equipment can be cleaned together. There is a great effect of removing the Tofu pieces sticking at the NC forming box production line. The machine is possible to work together both working efficiency increase and working environment improvement!
