Features
Designed for silken/firm tofu and deep-fried tofu and pouch
- A great volume of low-pressure steam produces tasty soymilk without taking much time. This machine adopts a unique stirring blade to ensure uniform cooking.
- Non-defoamer production production is available at a customer’s request.
- Semi-automatic type: It is only necessary to manually feed soaked soybeans into the hopper to the grinder. Then the machine automatically grinds and cooks soybeans.
- Full-automatic type: No manpower is required. You just press a button to start pumping soaked soybeans to the grinder and the cooker.

TOFU Medium Lot Production Line： [Mamejiro-Line] Production Scale-Approximately-Soymilk 375L/Tofu 1000pcs /hour
If you would like to manufacture TOFU more than 1000pcs per hour,Mini-Star is not able to produce this soymilk amount. The amount of Soymilk has effect directly to the TOFU production. Mini-Star is good for small store/ shop ; however, medium size TOFU factory needs more large capacity machines because of their mass production.
We recommend you to use the machine "Mame-Jiro"! Mame-Jiro- batch processing type tank -is used by medium scale production.
Mame-Jiro has 2types : Single type (One Batch Tank Type) : Double type ( Two Batch Tank Type)

【Mamejiro Production Example】
Various conditions and production environment will affect the manufacturing of TOFU.
The number of this chart, it always changes. This is only a rough standard.
TOFU is changed by following factors; increase/decrease of size/
expansion/ condition and other factors.
Following numbers are examples, please understand this will be frequently changed.
【Example】Batch Tank Single =Using Soybeans Max amount 75kg/hour.
Soymilk Amount will be Max 375 L /hours (as an example)
【1hour】
300g Silken Tofu Approximately 900 1,100pcs Tofu are produced.
【1day】
Actual working hours are 6hours Approximately 5,400 6,600pcs Tofu is able to produce.
(Machine cleaning and Washing and preparation time are excluded.
When your TOFU production is over 120kg /hour, you had better to use our Super Steam Line (M II).
(Continuous Cooker for Soymilk)
Full Operation (20hours a day) :
Batch Tank Single→MAX 75kg/hour × 20hours = Soybeans Used Amount 1500Kg/a day
MAX 60kg/hour × 20hours = Soybeans Used Amount 1200Kg/a day
Batch Tank Double should be calculated at Double ( ×2 ) above mentioned.
MAME-JIRO Soybeans used amount MAX 75kg per hour.
Soymilk Concentration is (BRIX)12-12.5 .Set the appropriate concentration for making TOFU.
Approximately Calculating: 1kg Soybeans
can produce 5L of soymilk and it is BRIX12-12.5
