■Zao Kogen Foods Co., Ltd. manufactures and sells tofu as a subsidiary company of Taishi Food Inc. since 2014.
The factory location is surrounded by beautiful nature. Their products include tofu, thick fried silken tofu, and triangle-shaped thin fried tofu etc. which are made using domestic soybeans, natural Nigari, and Mt. Zao natural mineral water with minimum additives and defoamer.
This time, they purchased our middle-size, 4-barrel squeezer.
The squeezer screens hardly get clogged even with a long-time operation so do not require cleaning during the production. MASE’s middle-size squeezers also play big roles in non-defoamer type productions and are useful for production of organic soybean tofu.
